    Stop chasing fake leads: Optimize Google Ads for lead quality that drives revenue

    Stop optimizing for lead volume alone. Shift Google Ads toward lead quality with Target CPA, Target ROAS, and Enhanced Conversions to drive real revenue.

    There was a phase when my ad reports looked great: lead volume was up, CPL looked healthy, and dashboards were green. But once I checked with sales, close rates did not match the number of leads. That was the turning point: more leads do not always mean better leads.

    For lead generation, implement Enhanced Conversions for Leads as early as possible. It helps Google learn lead quality signals instead of only counting form submissions.
